On-Line Course with HSEDocs

HSEDocs offer a Food Safety course with an internationally recognised certificate for those who prepare and serve food directly to the public. This comprehensive course covers all the essential topics related to food hygiene, ensuring you gain the necessary knowledge and skills to handle food safely and hygienically.  Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate that will help you demonstrate your proficiency and commitment to food safety standards.

Course Dates

The course is delivered online and is self-guided. There are no specific dates when it may be taken but it must be booked and completed between:



             2 September 2024 and 31 January 2025.
